Printing - Copies
I spoke with Tyler about how I needed to change the cartridge in my printer. When I opened the door it did not make my printing cartage's available. He told me that even though it was only 2 years old that it was dead. I just spent $65 to buy 4 extra-large cartage's from them the week before. They told me I needed to come into the store, and that there was no cartage's that were compatible with the printer that I have now. The manager Todd confirmed that I would need to come in. I called HP disability line and they had me unplug it from the back and have it unplugged for 10 seconds and to press the on button to drain out any electrical charge that might still be in the unit itself. I did what he told me to do. He then had me start it again. It then started making copies with no problems. I called back to Staples and asked to speak with the manager, Todd. He was with a customer and they said that I would have to call back, and I said that I could be placed on hold to wait for him that wasn?t a problem. 10 minutes later. A woman ended up answering the call and she was very impatient. I explained to her that I was on hold for the manager to let him know what happened to me. She told me that he had left for the day. Instead of helping me after he helped the previous customer. He just left. They lady that I was speaking to would not let me talk. She would not let me say when I could be called back. She just would not let me talk and she was ready to hang up after being on the phone for 2 minutes. She was very rude. I was not able to even finish a sentence or to say anything. I feel like they were really taking advantage of me because I am disabled, and trying to make a sale instead trying to help me.
