It did not go very well. Regina Webb was Very punctual I have never had that happen in a salon before, which is ok because I have always had amazing work in late salons. She was pleasent. She let me talk and show pics a long time. I had NO idea it didn't matter what I was telling her I thought the owner of a salon(master stylist) would be able to cut and color like a stylist in a city in TX if they are charging the same price. She looked at all of my pictures of MY OWN hair as it had been done many times and pics I had brought in she said ok.
A little while later I had the highlights you would get at any beauty school. Nothing like I asked for. I asked for all over color no red tones. I had an thin ash stripe then a thin red blond stripe about 12. My hair was about 20" she did about 9"down then no color stripe. I wasn't mad I was in shock. I picked up one up my pics and she said. "I can do that with 2 or 3 more visits". What the hair foil? no my hair is not black.. But But But this is after and I called and emailed to make sure you could do it B4 I came in, I thought to myself. I know some stylists aren't trained, but an owner and teacher. She just told me she could. My hair is always in excellent condition. SHE NEVER mentioned it was to damaged. She just had no idea how to do it and did not tell me til after. Then I am assuming she forgot what I said about the haircut and did the opposite. Took 8 inches across the back, quickly and shortened in front but not the layers I had asked for the cut was over in 3 cuts. We had talked about the length and she said 8 needed to come off, I said probably but let's do 3 today she said "ok your the boss"I thought she was the best. She told me for what I wanted I would have to come back two or three times and charged me $200.I know she probaby forgot about the hair, "no short above my cheek layer it from there. I had like 40 whispy bangs...gag I could have done the cut better myself. The color she could not do but did not tell me until the end that she could not do it and then told me I would have to come back two or three times to fix it. Miss Webb's staff were sweet. he did listen to me but then did what she wanted.

I was extremely disappointed. I asked for a master stylist as I was tired of getting bad haircuts and no real style. I was asked alot of questions, taken into an open atmosphere with other stylists and clients at which time some of the less trained stylists were called over to observe. I couldn't believe it! I was paying top dollar for a master stylist and she is instructing others? I would expect this at a beauty school of instruction, but not where I am paying top dollar for an individualized cut and color from a master stylist. I traveled 1 1/2 hours for an appointment with Regina herself in anticipation of finally getting an awesome, unique hair style, only to walk away with a very ordinary, frumpy hair style I would expect from any lower budget walk in salon. Never again.....

The girl I go to is very friendly, good, and gives me what I want. I never have trouble getting in. I give them high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.
