I contacted Radford Exteriors for new gutters and left a message. After about 2 weeks, I received a return call. I requested an estimate which he did on and sent me the estimate 5/11/11. I returned his call to confirm I wanted him to install the gutters, he said it would be 2 weeks. I received a call again that he would be at my house on Thursday or Friday June 2nd or 3rd. It is now Saturday June 4th and no new gutters nor a return call. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company to replace gutters for anyone!!
