Shoe Repair
I have been dealing with Quality for over 2 months. He resoled my Justin Ropers. Firstly, he didn't have them ready when he said they would be ready in 3 weeks. Then he re-soled them so tight I cannot put my boots back on. Mind you, I have had these boots for 15 years and they fit like a glove before he resoled them. We have left the boots twice to get them stretched out and they are still too tight. I am so upset because these were not cheap boots when I purchased them (over $100). I am bringing back for the 3rd time to restretch and I will let him know if he can re-stretch them to be wearable again, he will have to purchase me a new pair of Justin Ropers. These boots are in excellent shape and I can't wear them anymore. I am p*****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back nor will I ever recommend him to do shoe repair.
