They were very friendly and gave me a prompt appointment. I took about everything I thought I would need except my last years return. We went through everything and he told me the couple of things I still needed to complete the process. During my meeting we were interrupted a couple of times but I didn't really mind that. It was at the end when I was reminded that I had been given extra time as their appts are usually 1/2 hour. This was new to me. I moved in from another state and had used an accountant for decades and never was there a time limit. Also, this accountant didn't ask me hardly any questions where as the former accountant would ask me lots of questions pertaining to any new deduction possibilities etc. He would explain new tax laws for that year so we knew why he was asking new questions. When this accountant said I would owe quite a bit of money I was shocked as I usually got a nice sum back. He then said it would help if I had my last years tax return to go from. I found it and brought it back which helped to reduce the amount I owed. However, I would think he should have had enough knowledge to do my return based on his knowledge rather that copying from the former. My former accountant spent a lot of time at first to get to know all we spend and what our bills were etc in order to ascertain all the deductions we would be entitled to. This place did not do that. They were very friendly and when I brought back the info he requested he took me right away but they definitely have time constraints. I felt like a product in an assembly line. Must keep moving. I paid my taxes but can't help wondering why I owed when I always got something back. I thought at first it was due to tax with-holdings on certain income had been stopped for 2012 and so I called them and found out that no change occurred. I think I would like to try someone next time that isn't so high volume.

I will recommend them. They do a good job and they know what they are doing.

It is easy. We have used them for 8 years. We mail him our stuff and we are squared away the next day. He'll tell us anything we forgot. They are awesome.
