John Simms and his staff were excellent.  I felt they were trustworthy and knowledgeable.  They went above and beyond to procure us the best outcome for the money, including working with our insurance adjuster and mediating between us and vendors.  They replaced wallboard and trim, painted, installed carpet tiles and vinyl, rebuilt our entire kitchen.  They used Grinstead's carpet whose staff were also excellent.  This is our 3rd experience with John Simms and Paul Davis Restoration and we know we can depend on them.

Replaced water damaged sub floor in kitchen, carpet in two rooms and covering in kitchen and bathroom. Painted walls, ceiling in kitchen and bathroom. Outstanding work!

The only reason I don't give straight Fs is because most (not all) of the work turned out well. Our 'project manager' was not only dishonest, but extremely condescending. Most of the actual workers were great and did a fine job. without going into great detail, please listen to me when I say that i would avoid using this company. The stress alone made it a horrible experience.

Paul Davis is the guy whom I work with. He's a very pleasant man. He's on time. While the workers are here he comes out once a day to check on the progress. They do great work. I give him A's across the board.
