Fine. Noise is normal for this model. Just bad choice on my part.

Excellent. Called on Thursday afternoon and they were here on Monday. Said between 1 and 4. Larry called at about 11:30 and said he was ahead of schedule and was available which was perfect for my schedule change. He came in and assessed the dryer and told us what the issue was. He replaced two parts and the dryer worked perfectly. Suggested that we replace the dryer vent which was aged and offered a person to handle the issue. Larry was an excellent service man and he even swept the area in my utility closet before replacing my dryer. Awesome.

I found this company to be very reasonable and did a great repair job on both my appliances.
They also let me know how to prevent further repair on my dryer dial in the future, and last year saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator too.
They were fast and efficient, and explained everything they did. Since the repair, my dryer has been working great.
Definitely, I will be calling them again for any appliance repair in the future. I was very satisfied with their repair service.

The service technician called ahead, and then arrived promptly.  He was personable, police, and very efficient.  He quickly identified the problem with both appliances and put together estimates for repair.  Overall ~ excellent service, with technicians who know their business.

Called, they were here the next day, totally professional, found the problem within minutes and were able to repair immediately and were gone within the hour. Considering other bids I had theirs was below other estimates.

This is an amazing company. He did a terrific job at a very reasonable cost. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and did the repairs in a timely fashion. I will only use this company for future repairs.

Jim Davenport is kind, courteous, gives you the bottom line, fixes the appliance getting as little cash out of the customer as possible. I HIGHLY recommend him.

They arrived on time, called before they got there to let me know they were on the way. They were very clean, courteous and helpful. He provided a complete estimate before doing any work. I was very impressed with their service. $80 for the labor plus the cost of the parts was very reasonable.

The experience was very positive. The repairman was very courteous and polite. He replaced the electronic temperature setting control gizmo and everything works perfectly. I especially liked how he preordered the part so as to not have to make a return visit. Two thumbs up for that!

The technician quickly identified the problem with our clothes dryer and had it fixed soon afterwards. He was quite knowledgeable about the specific model, and responded helpfully to my questions about the appliance's condition. He had the necessary repair parts on his truck. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner.

He's done a great job both times I've used him. His prices have been very reasonable. He's very personable and very nice. He was late once but he called to tell us he was running late.
