It takes a while to get a diagnosis and parts are usually very slow to come in. Even though the repair department says they will call you they never do I have to call them to check on the status. They have in the past done Air Conditioning and electrical work where the parts took as long as 2 weeks to come in! They don't seem to really want to work on my Saturn even though they are the official dealer. GM is dragging on getting parts even though this is only a 2007. The dealer I had in Dallas was fantastic, about the time I moved to Bowling Green, GM decided to shut down the Saturn dealers. Too bad this was my 4th Saturn but I doubt that I will buy GM again due to the lack of interest in the service department. The only reason I checked that I would return to this dealer is that I have a specialized version of the car so I doubt that just anybody can work on it.

This is a great dealership. I went to see if I could in the car that I really liked. they were very nice and had me test drive it. I liked it and ended up buying it. The whole process was so painless, never buying a car from anyone else!
