The tech was a little late for the first appointment but a call from his office alerted me to that. During the consultation the technician made sure to understand my goals for the project. The work was done while I was away but appears satisfactory. My only reservation is that the estimate did not have a diagram or the area square footage noted. I asked for but did not get them. I almost cancelled the project but decided to let it go forward. The result so far is more than satisfactory but I am still disappointed at the lack of the diagram or square footage.
