Description of Work: Insight is of course just another face of Time Warner. Because they have a virtual monopoly, they offer overpriced, mediocre service which breaks down all too often.

+ 1 moreThey are the only cable company in town so we don’t really have a choice. Over all over the years it’s been better. We have had problems with snapping lines then we made it through the upgrade process and ever since then it has been good service. As for the quality of their service, if we have a problem and we call somebody is either here or explains over the phone what we need to do. They are quick to respond. As for punctuality they give us the window like 8 A.M to noon so within that time they do turn up.
Description of Work: We have been using Insight Broadband for 18 years as our internet, TV cable, and landline phone service provider.

There has been a time where I had a late payment charge even though I had paid it online and it could have been because they had changed their online billing system but it was only a couple of dollars, so it wasn’t a big deal and it hasn’t happened again. I might not use them again if I find somebody else better.
Description of Work: I use Insight Broadband for my cable TV and Internet.
