The wood was replaced and painted, but two days after it was done my husband noticed a small crack in the glass. I contacted Mr. Hall, who advised that he would come back out to replace the window. Made several calls over a several months to Mr. Hall and none of my calls were answered or returned. Since all of that occurred my husband has also noticed that the paint is peeling.
