I went here on the recommendation of my insurance company for insurance repair. Why they would recommend them is beyond me when they are by far the most expensive body shop in town. I have since had to get estimates for a different repair and Gary Force quoted $300 (30%) higher than anyone else I found in town (I got 5 estimates). As for the work completed in March, the paint job was great, clear coat looks great and I've had no issues with durability. The quality of service though left a bit to be desired. They left a cable loose in my driver side door that ended up getting caught on my window as I rolled it down leaving the parking lot. That meant another trip back for them to fix it the next week. That left me a little worried about what else they might have forgotten or cut corners on. They did fix the issues without issue or attempting to charge me over and above my initial insurance estimate. But, after knowing how overpriced they are, I know why!
