Melvin Walker, the owner, provided and estimate for waterproofing and mold remediation. I requested that he provide additional services for drainage to get water away from the house, which he did. I was not in a big hurry, and told him so, so he worked my project around higher priority work. His workers did a good job and were very sensitive to my needs. They removed and treated mold in the entire house. I have yet to see a heavy rain, so it is too soon to tell if the waterproofing worked, but I was impressed with their work. Also, they notified me that they found some important relics that had been hidden away in my basement by my father. They could have easily taken them and I would have never know the difference, so I appreciate their honesty.
