DARRYL W HARRIS TREE SVC

I called mid-afternoon Friday and spoke with Mr. Harris. He was driving and pulled over to take my information. He advised he was quite busy and would try to get over to me that evening, otherwise he would come on Saturday. He called later Friday night and said he wasn't going to make it and that he would call me the next day and come by. I did not hear from him again until I called him back on Monday asking about the estimate. He acted as if I'd never called him and took my information again. We established that Wednesday would be best for us both and he said he would call me that day to confirm a time. I understand that after storms tree services can be very busy, but he was clearly not handling it well. He thanked me for calling each time and said he appreciated my business, but never followed through with any of his appointments. Seems like a nice enough guy if you're calling during the off season, but he dropped the ball for my business.
