It went very well. Stacey was very efficient getting my home appraised and on the market very quickly. She was just as helpful when only a few days later I decided NOT to sell and needed her to remove it from the market. She was very gracious, very helpful, very patient. When I decide to sell again, she will certainly be my #1 choice for listing agent.

Mark was really nice. Excellent about selling my house. He has great manners and personality. I would really recommened him.

It went fine.  I did not have any problems.  It was okay.

I needed a low-end house that was in a safe area of town, close to WKU's campus, and didn't require tons of work.  Tim was so quick at knowing the market, what was available, and in remembering my lists of "musts" and "must-nots."  He always made me feel like my opinion was valid.  He helped me beyond what most realtors will do in that he helped me find a home inspector, offered use of his truck to move some things, and drove by the house after i purchased it to make sure the roofers were working.  I was wowed by how much he genuinely cared about my safety and how much he wanted me to find a place i could love.  I am in the house now and I do love it very much.  He never pressured me in any way - and always made me feel like I was valued.  

Met agent Mark Tyree at an open house; he was FANTASTIC!  He saved my wife and I hundreds of dollars by going though houses with us that we'd picked out, and pointed out discrepancies that were easily overlooked by the everyday home shopper.  He was more than accommodating and had our old house sold in less than 45 days.  He also recommended a very highly competent home inspector who again paid for himself in finding things that needed correcting with the new house we wound up buying.  I've referred him to friends and all had similar results.  He knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile!
