Second time we used CMS for a repair. (the first time was February 2012).  The first time they reflashed the chimney including surrounding shingles to address a leak.  The most recent time was to repair the chimney cap - another leak.  The crew was polite and timely.  They investigated the leak by crawling through the attic.  Once they established the issue they took pictures to show me and then proceeded to repair the cap.   While on the roof they noticed a potential problem with the flashing around one of the sky lights and repaired that as well.  Have not had an issue since and we have had very heavy rains.  Would definitely use them again.

I called CMS Roofing, and someone came out to look at my roof that same day.  They were very professional and friendly, and they did not attempt to push repairs that I didn't need.  All that was needed was a replacement boot on a roof vent.  This job was completed about a week later at the exact cost that was quoted to me.  I have not had any more roof leak issues.  I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs.
