My experience with By Pass Animal Clinic has always been excellent. They have been my vet for more than 25 years which included five cats and six dogs (I think). They are always calming and gentle with my pets and with me. They allowed her to explore the examination room which made her comfortable prior to the exam and the shots. The entire staff is friendly and truly care about your pets and more importantly put you at ease. They explain things thoroughly, especially when you are faced with difficult situations. They know the clients and their owners by name and treat them as friends.

Friendly, pet loving staff! They were very good to my dog, took the time to answer my questions, and did not make us feel rushed.  Excellent quality of care, and an excellent value for the price charged.  I'm happy with my experience there, and will bring my dogs back there for future needs.

I have used Drs. Smith and Young ever since I have been in Bowling Green. They have never let me down. The staff is great and the services have always been first-rate and excellent. When I lost pets, I always got a sympathy card and they always treated my pets like their own.
I will miss ByPass Animal Clinic when I move to Georgia. I wish there was an office in every city.

visit went very well. Dr Smith is very helpful in answering questions you may have. They also do a good job explaining the your options if your budgets tight. Im very thankful I found this vetnarian being that I've moved a lot over the years and my buddies were getting random care.

They are very nice and friendly. The are very professional and provide a great service. I have been using them for over ten years now. I like the personal care they provide when you have to have your animal put to sleep. They are so nice they will send you a card after your animal has been put down. They remember your pets name when you come into the office. I would give them all A's across the board and we will continue to use them in the future.

The caring of the staff for our dogs has always been excellent and greatly appreciated.
