Bunch's New Era Chimney Sweeps

We have a wood burning fireplace insert with a 6-in diameter liner up the chimney. I left a phone message at the business. The owner called back with questions about the house (height and roof access) the same day and called a couple of days later about when he can come. We agreed on a date/time. Owner showed up punctually, checked out the fireplace and explained what he was doing. Before he started he spread a heavy cloth on the floor (which he had brought) to capture any dirt - though there was little of it in the end since the vacuum cleaner captured most of it. I don't have any experience with chimney sweeps so I can only report that the equipment he used seemed to fit the purpose well, he proceeded methodically and carefully sweeping the entire length of the chimney twice, and there was a significant amount of creosote in the fireplace once we was done sweeping. Before he left he cleaned all of that creosote and the ash left from last season in the fireplace.

They are very professional and friendly. They are efficient and quick, prompt I would give them A's for everything. I am very happy with the service they provide and we will continue to use them in the future.
