They called me a day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, around the time of the appointment, we got a phone call letting us know they were running about 45 minutes behind. Approximately 45 minutes later, they showed up. Both of the techs were very professional, pleasant and neat.

Scott Bledsoe was excellent in his response. We discussed all options and he was open to my desires to relocate the service panel. He checked back with me while waiting on the service to be performed and afterwards. The workers were also very professional and personable.

They are fantastic, you could not find a better company to work with. I have used them for the past 5 years. I bought a house that I remodeled and then have added onto in stages and they have done every bit of it. They were extremely prompt.

Had a car run off the road and embed itself in our shop building.  The car took out the corner of the building along with switches for the indoor lights, two sets of outdoor floodlights and a 110volt wall outlet.  Had the building repaired and contacted Buck Electric to do the electrical work.  Spoke with Scott, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.  Arranged to have him stop by and take a look at the damage, he provided an estimate within a short period of time and he contacted me the day prior to the repairs to confirm we were on schedule.  The workers sent to do the repairs were courteous, professional and skilled.  The work done was excellent and they cleaned up after they were done.
I would highly recommend Buck Electric if you are looking for a quality, professional outfit that has reasonable, fair rates and treats its customers well.  I plan to ask Buck Electric to submit a bid for doing the electrical work on a new additional to my home later this fall, and I am definitely having them do some major electrical work this summer when I have a rooftop solar panel system and a whole house backup generator installed.  I have every confidence they will do an excellent job based upon their past performance.
I have used a few other local electricians for other projects, and while some probably were cheaper in comparison, I believe that the peace of mind in knowing a job was done in the best way, correctly and to code, plus having the workmen show up on time as arranged is definitely worth a whole lot!  ;-)
