I am in sales too, and this is more about ATand T than the general staff or the store...but honestly, when there is an upsell (meaning you buy into more expensive services) ATand T should not charge more!!! There is a $36 per phone (and IPAD) when you upgrade your services to add DATA... did you know that? I am a Travel Agent, and if someone books an oceanview room over a standard room - which is called an upsale in sales lingo... I do not penalize them by charging them an addidional $36 fee! This should be illegal to do! Now a downsale (where someone had booked an oceanview room and changes it to a standard room) I can see charging a fee, as this means less money is being paid than the original booking...why is this not the way cell phone operators work? I can see if I had a certain cell plan and decided to go with a cheaper plan (which would be considered a downsale) ATand T Charging the fee. WTH???????

I like their service. I pay $117 a month for two phones. I would continue to use their services.
