They did service the unit, they were able to get it running again, but I have never received a bill from them. The technicians that showed up were very good, but trying to book an appointment and actually getting someone to come out was difficult. For the service call they were there when they said they would be. Professionalism rating ? The technicians that showed up I would give a ?B?.
