The security consultant (Pete) arrived right on time the day he was scheduled, explained all about the system and what all what would be involved in the installation. Set up an installation time that was convenient for me and my schedule. The installer showed up on the day scheduled and on time (actually showed up a few minutes early, which was fine). Installed system with a minimum of fuss and bother. Installer was friendly and easy to talk to will working (I stayed out of his way). System installation was actually done in under the time that was estimated (just under 3 hrs, est. was about 3 1/2 hrs.). After installation, cleaned up any mess, tested system and explained functions of keypad. Very satisfied with work and initial contact.
