Tim was very helpful and thorough in his home inspection. He first walked around the entire home to see all the issues and point them out to me as well as show me how a few things worked. Then he went back and conducted a more thorough inspection, taking photos and documenting details. I was working with several inspectors at the same time but when something was important for me to see, he would come get me to show me an issue or tell me about a concern and what I might do to remedy it. Although a home inspection normally takes 3-4 hours, he spent 6 hours with us because it was an older home and needed more attention. He did not charge extra for his time. He sent a very thorough report within a few days that included photos and descriptions of items in the home.
