They called to set up appointment and was very professional and kept me informed through out the process, I recieved a call from install team before they showed up to make sure it was a good time to install. The install team asked exactly where I wanted the tank and heater After the install, I was walked through everything I needed to know about operation and dangers of the propane heater and how to read the gauge on the propane tank.
