Timothy A. Phipps has been surveying the hills and hollows of central Kentucky for over forty (45) years. Having seen the evolution of land surveying from the compass to the GPS, Tim is able to interpret ancient as well as modern surveys and records. Tim raised his family on the home farm near Breeding, Kentucky and currently resides on Taylorsville Lake near Bloomfield, Kentucky. With several decades of working knowledge of the lands of Kentucky, there is no land surveying job too complicated for Tim Phipps. -- TIM PHIPPS, SURVEYOR -- is a privately owned, locally operated, independent business. Tim personally completes the research, mapping and platting required for each job using the latest GPS and related technologies.
