 + -1 moreHe never cleaned up after himself. He left rust and dirt all over the place. He never had an inspector come out to validate the work. It just seemed a little bit off to me.
Description of Work: He never gave me a bill for doing the work for my tax purposes. Even after my repeated phone calls. It was for a water heater and water heater install.
