I, Brad Goff am a licensed and insured home inspector providing service in the central Kentucky area. My knowledge as a home inspector comes from 10 years of experience in residential construction and 8 plus years as an architectural drafter. I am able to use my knowledge in these areas to provide a thorough, and invasive inspection of your future home. I follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors standards of practice.
