We bought this house in 2010 and have had one thing after another go wrong, from doors not closing properly to, most recently, finding that every duct in the attic was not connected properly. Tim is the builder, but uses other "professionals" for his crew. The most expensive thing we've had to do was call in an independent contractor, just under 3 years after we bought this house, to redo all the ductwork in the attic - $1750 - as NONE of it was taped or stapled properly, as well as sealing all the returns with mastic - no mastic was applied previously. I would not suggest this builder to anyone, as, although he is prompt to respond to calls, is not aware of the lack of workmanship of his crew.
Description of Work: He is the "builder" for this (and other) homes. Various items were in need of repairing not a month after we moved in. For example: All doors are hung wrong and not one corner in this house is "square". We've had to replace the condenser in the a/c unit and replace all duct-work in the attic, and there is a sump-pump in the crawl space because there's water coming into the area for which the source can not be found. The walls in the garage were re-stuccoed last summer, and are already crumbling. A condition on purchasing this house was that the trash in the property would be removed (previous use of property was junk yard) - it was simply bulldozed over and we're still finding all sorts of garbage in the yard when it rains.
