Steeve Dooley

Having leaks already because of poor work around two chimneys. Left old flashing and huge gaps where flashing meets the chimney. Flashing not installed on side not visible. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Other contractors are having to go back and correct the poor workmanship.

Dooley was basically on time-little late, no show on a couple of times but all of this was understandable as sometime schedules change or life events occur. Dooley was polite and responsive until the work was completed. Once the roof was done and the bill paid in full the shingles quickly begain coming off (within a week) I called Mr. Dooley and twice he made repairs but could not keep up with the number of tiles coming off. I then developed leaks in my house which he came to repair two out of three. Then he stopped replying and refused to correct the job. Literally everyday more shingles come off my roof irregardless of the weather. I went through BBB and Mr. Dooley became very angry and said if I wanted any further action I needed to sue him. He claimed the shingles used were faulty but refused to contact the company for replacements or at the very least refunded money. So seemed like a nice guy but left me in a lurch and refused to uphold his guarantee of waranty on work and materials.
