Real Estate Service
Phil had shown us 2 houses that he was listing. While we were on vacation out of the country he emailed with another house that was newly listed with his company. We really liked that house and it matched what we had liked from the other houses. Phil worked hard to get the sale, but after that I was not impressed with his technique. When we were filling out the initial paper work to make the offer, Phil was basically a jerk. He tried to bully me to make the process easier for him. He got visibly upset when I wouldn't succumb to his less stringent restrictions on the contract. Looking back, I wish I would have told him that his services were not necessary. He did the very basic things that an agent has to do, but didn't do anything special. The selling agent of the home was actually more help than Phil.
