THE SHEET ROCK AND BOARD CUTTING WERE DONE IN THE BUILDING NOT OUTSIDE THUS MAKING CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS A HUGE JOB.. AFTER THE CREW LEFT THE SPACKLE FROM THE DRY WALL WAS DRIED ON OUR NEW FLOOR AND HAD TO BE CLEANED. BRACES FOR AN OUTSIDE AIR UNIT THAT WAS INSTALLED WERE LEFT OFF. HALF THE FLOURESCENT LIGHTS THAT WERE MOVED DID NOT WORK. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP ON SEVERAL ISSUES. AND , ABOVE ALL, A VERBAL ESTIMATE OF 6000.00, WAS EXCEEDED BY OVER 3000.00. AFTER WE PURCHASED THE MATERIALS OURSELVES. WHEN ASKED WHY HE GOT FURIOUS AND SAID " I KNOW WHERE THIS IS GOING AND I DONT PLAY THIS GAME, PAY ME" NUMEROUS OTHER SHORTCOMINGS ,TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NBUILDER TO ANYONE!!!!
Description of Work: TOOK AN EXISTING STRUCTURE AND PUT UP: (1) 20 FOOT WALL AND (1) 16 FOOT WALL. HUNG 3 DOORS. MOVED(3) , 4 BULB FLOURESCENT LIGHT FIXTURES. PLUMBED IN A SINK, 2 DRAIN STATIONS, AND 3 WATER STATIONS HOT AND COLD. AND INSTALLED 1 6 GALLON WATRER HEATER.. LAID A 16X20 PIEWCE OF VINYL.
