I called L&L on Wednesday and left a message. Mr. Lakes returned the call on Thursday and came the same day. He checked out my dishwasher, which is rather old, and provided a reasonable diagnosis of the problem. The machine wasn't draining properly. He suggested that the check valve was sometimes sticking open, allowing water to run back into the machine. He also noticed that some of the spray jets were clogged and he cleaned those out. Unfortunately, the problem with the check valve would be too expensive to repair.
I was pleased with the prompt response and the friendly service. Mr. Lakes said that he focuses mainly on domestic jobs (homes) rather than commercial.
