T & C LUMBER

They did not finish in the time they said they would.  One day they sent out people to assemble the cabinets.  One of the men was obviously stoned and had never assembled a cabinet before in his life.  It would take him hours to assemble one cabinet.  I'm pretty sure I could have done it faster.  We had just refinished our hardwood floors and just installed new hardwood floors in the kitchen.  They scratched both and got paint on them.  The drywall tape and float was very sloppy.  We paid half of what we owed them.  They sent someone out to repair the floors and they looked worse than they had before he came.  After we paid the other half, then they refused to do any more work to make the floors right.  Plus the owner of the business threatened me by saying he knew a board member where my husband and I both work.  Some of the employees were very nice and tried very hard, but I would never use them again or recommend that anyone use them.  Please do yourself a favor and avoid T& C lumber at all cost.  I'm also pretty sure they knocked a hole in the siding of my house and didn't fix it.

Upon installation, we had to return 10 pieces for exchange because they would not match up and lock together without leaving large gaps. I took pictures in and discussed my dissatisfaction of the product with the owner who would not give me the time of day. No warranty. No refunds. Would only give store credit on the pieces I brought back that had not been altered to fit my floor. Two-thirds of the floor had already been altered to TRY to get it to fit so I had no alternative but to keep it and chalk it up to a bad experience. Will never buy from this place again.
