I paid a deposit of $11,000 (eleven thousand dollars). After several weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted the company and the owner. The response was text messages. I finally contacted the owner and stated that the work order had expired weeks ago and with no contact from them and no start on our project, I wanted a refund of the $11,000 deposit. I informed him that I would allow 30 days for the refund and if it was not received by November 1, 2025 that I would proceed with other action. There has been no communication.
