He was hired to replace my furnace after a lightening surge and some other electrical repairs. He said he needed the money upfront so he could get the furnace and supplies he needed. I had used him before and had no issues. I knew he was going through a divorce so I agreed. He installed the furnace but the duct work was poorly done and fell down. He never completed the electrical work I paid him for plus in putting up the new hall light he pinched the wires where it caused it to quiet working and apparently in pulling those wires pulled some others loose causing the outlet in the hall and just inside the BR to stop working. He was supposed to come back and finish but never did and would return my calls. I even left a note on his office door. His reliability crashed after his divorce.
