Magic Ladies Cleaning Services

"I the owner of Magic Ladies have to clear a few things up with and about this reviewer. First of all in her very first sentence she says "this company is ran by a very young individual" Well actually if you consider thirty's young then ok but anyway I felt that this client could not stand the thought of someone younger than her bettering themselves and having authority over her. Next she says that we looked through important papers in depth and threw alot of everyday used items away, well this lady had about 50 million coupons of which 90% were expired so we were opening them up and looking at the date and if they were expired tossing them into the trash. Oh no no no she did not want those thrown away she just wanted us to put them into a bag. She also speaks about valueable items in the house (which there werent any), well when speaking with the client on the initial visit as I do with all clients I let them know if there is anything valueable or irreplaceable in the home they need to be removed or put away the day of the cleaning. Im not real sure as to what she is refering to here but nothing was broken or mistreated in any way. Then she speaks about my employees not doing their job correctly and my way of dealing with it was not calling her back. Well to that NO she was insulting my worker so terribly that she was in tears before we ever pulled out of the driveway. I felt that I had to protect my worker from insults and critism, which had nothing to do with her cleaning duties or abilities and the client was very rude and snooty towards her for no apparent reason. The client had called me later that evening, mind you, we had already cleaned for her on several occasions before this, and told me she did not want that specific worker to come back, I said "ok, I'm sorry but why?" her reply was "we dont see eye to eye." I said ok thats fine, this was not in march this was right before christmas because she had told me that after the holidays SHE would call ME to set up another appointment. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER. With her critisim towards my workers I wasnt a bit surprised. So for her to say I didnt call her back that is not true, and to read this review from her my mouth is just hanging open..SO SHOCKED! On the brighter side of things..I wish her the best of luck on finding someone who can try to clean her house and organize her items the way that she likes. :)"
