It was great. It was really good. The installers were really good. They arranged it with us over the phone when a good time was. They came by and installed it pretty quick. They did a great job.

Their service is excellent. We ordered the dryer and it came before they said it would. They set up the installation. They were running a promotion and the installation was included in the price. They sent a plumber because it was a gas dryer. He did an excellent job. They followed up to ensure he did what he was supposed to do and everything was working fine. They hauled off our old dryer as a part of the service. I think Lowe's has a better selection than it's competitors. They usually carry top of the line appliances and products. We have never had any problems with the service.
