About us
I am a licensed home inspector in the state of KY license# HI3060. I am certified by NAHE (National Association of Home Inspectors), and a member of KERIA (Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association). I am a certified Radon tester by NEHA-NRPP (National Environmental Health Association, National Radon Proficiency Program), and a member with AARST (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists). We us Sun Nuclear 1029 continuous radon monitors for all of our radon level testing. They are equipped with tamper sensing instruments giving us the knowledge we need to verify the quality of the measurement and minimize bias. This allows us to interpret the results in house the day we retriever the test, virtually eliminating potential bias form mishandling and transportation. Our testing equipment and our ability to determine the results is verified by Bowser Morner, Inc and certified by NEHA-NRPP. With all that said you can rest assured that KHI will tell you, ‘what you need to know, before you need to know it.’
