Economy Pest Control

I've had very bad luck with pest control services in the past, but this seems to be going well.  They show up when they say they're going to show up, and follow up the next time a follow up is due.  That's light years beyond the service I've gotten from other pest control companies.
I've definitely noticed a steep decline in the number of bugs I see in the house, so that's good too.  We had noticed some ants in one bedroom and mentioned it to them when they came to do our quarterly service, and the guy addressed that problem for us.  I haven't noticed any ants since the service.
I will say that twice now our tech (Jonathan, I think?) has called me to confirm an appointment or check the directions to my house, and caught me at a really bad time.  The last time I was having a terrible day and I'm sure I was a total witch (with a capital B) on the phone.  It had nothing at all to do with him or his service or his company, but I was a jerk to him and he was a very civil professional back to me.  In retrospect, I have to admire how well he handled being the object of my bad temper. 
Generally, we're well pleased.  We'll keep using the service.

I think he's a very honest person that can help you in anything that he knows about. He has given me advice on topics that are totally unrelated, and I have been satisfied with his advice. He knows a lot of people. I have complete confidence in what he says.

This went very well! Our old house (close to 100 years old) had an investation of termites. Raymond did the work himself, and easily sprayed our areas. We would reccommend his services to anyone.
