Duncan Septic Service

Danny was excellent to deal with and his business approach second to none. Very fair pricing, he did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. He's very knowledgeable about his business and he gives advise to eliminate potential problems down the road. If you ever have issues from a septic tank standpoint he is the man for the job.

I've had to have Danny our here several times in the last 10months. He's always been quick to respond. Almost always early. The one time he was "late", he called me in advance and then again when he was on his way. Even then it was a small wait.

Danny was fast and friendly and very helpful in resolving the issue. We will use him again.

Communication was great from returning my call for appointment and delay on arriving in a timely manner. He did an excellent job. Reasonable price.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Service was quick, scheduling was simple, and he was sensitive of timing due to rain and the truck potentially causing lawn damage on moist soil.

Danny and Taylor came out right away on a Saturday dug up the septic tank, cleared the blockage, and pumped out the tank. Wonderful and friendly service!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Danny called that morning and was even a little early. He quickly got to work and the flushing toilets still didn't work and he had to snake the drain. Before I even got back out to the tank, he was already feeding the snake in. Apparently our kids had dumped some non-toilet stuff down the toilet which clogged up the drain about 20 feet in. It could be that we need another lateral line or two, but at least two weeks later, he seems to have fixed it.

Danny kept in touch with me to determine the best day to come out in regards to weather, and showed up on time. He was professional and personable, and even though my septic tank was not in a convenient spot for the truck, nor readily accessible, he made it work. He offered advice about keeping the septic clean. I highly recommend Duncan Septic!

Excellent. My hard to please husband(John) was pleased and said we needed to put an A on Angie's List. I called Sunday morning, heard back within two hours, and he arrived at my house two hours after that. The entire process took about 45 minutes from arriving at our house to completion. John was was impressed how quickly Dan (owner) found the opening and had it emptying. Dan even gave the hubby a run down saying the lateral lines were operating correctly and that he was sure the septic cleaning would solve our slow running drains. He gave us information on septic maintenance, and product recommendations without being pushy. The price was on par with other area services. My friend frequently have a big dirt patch when they get theirs cleaned out. The only think I noticed was big 2 ft diameter raised spot, that wasn't noticableafter the next rain. We'll be calling him and/or daughters back in 5 years.

We purchased our house a year ago, and we discovered that in 14 years the septic had never been pumped. Good, gracious! Called Danny, and he came out within a few days. He and his daughter were very professional and explained all of the things I should be looking at when inspecting how our septic is working. Did a GREAT job and saved us from an eventual backup.

It went very well. Danny stayed in contact with me and kept me informed of when he was coming. As Danny cleaned my septic tank, he gave me some great information about keeping my septic tank clean and in good shape. I believe Danny is about his customers and not about making a profit. For that reason, I think he will stay in business for a long time and look forward to hiring him again in the future. A lot of businesses would learn a lot from Danny. Thanks, Danny!

Our septic was flowing back into the house, no one could come out and get it done ont he same day. I called Danny and he moved some stuff around and arrived to clean our tank.
He was 30 mins early (which was great!) not only did he empty our tank, he did all the magic snaked it , put some stuff in to make it run better etc etc
To often we complain about bad service and forget to recognize great service.
As a side note we are still having issues and I send Danny a text to ask a question about this, and at 930pm he called me and spent 20 mins trying to help me troubleshoot and find a contractor to fix a broken pipe. 
To everyone out there on Angies list. Now thats service.!

The service was very prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. They took the time to stir the tank while cleaning it for a proper cleaning.

Mr. Duncan and his daughter were prompt, pleasant and very professional.  They thoroughly explained the operational characteristics of my septic system and even provided me with the official record drawing of how it was installed.
They recommended against using periodic septic treatments, which will save me a lot of $$$ over time.  This, combined with his very reasonable fee of $180, made the experience very easy on my wallet.
Additionally, they pointed out a rodent infestation (moles) which I was unaware of.
I would not hestitate in recommending this firm for the services performed.

I called requesting about a leak seeping in a new asphalt driveway. Fearing that a leach line or a drain field line had collapsed when the driveway was being installed we were prepared to have our new driveway torn up. Danny and his charming assistant responded and two hours later and put my mind at ease. They assured me that the septic tank was full and the drain field line had backed up. A simple $250.00 pumping left our new driveway intact. Very professional, personal ant thorough.

Mr. Duncan came out and cleaned the tank, and he was very professional. He was also helpful in contacting the health department to let them know othat he had taken care of our problem. A couple of weeks later we did have to call him again because it was backing up again. He came back out promptly that evening. He had obtained the drawing of our laterals before he had arrived. I'd called a provider I had used in the past on Monday 7/19/2010 to make an appointment for them to come pump out my tank again. They said they couldn't get to me until Wednesday 7/21/2010. On Wednesday, I'd heard nothing from them and they hadn't shown up by 1PM. I had to contact THEM to make sure I was still on their schedule for that day. They said they couldn't get to me until (maybe) the next day. I fished out a piece of scrap paper on which I had written the name and phone number of a septic service company I noticed at a filling station one day while fueling my vehicle. I didn't really expect same day service on such short notice, but the gentleman offered to come that afternoon. He was at my house within three hours! He was very pleasant, churned the tank while pumping (the other company hadn't done that), and charged HALF of what the other company had charged me FIVE YEARS AGO!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company; they are family owned and operated, and offer seven day a week service at no extra charge.
