It went extremely well. The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me some major things that were done wrong on the installation of our unit by another company. He has scheduled a future appointment to correct the problems that I have.

They maintenance our furnace once a year and service our a/c immediately if there is trouble. They are really great people. Faye will help you with anything when you call.
