I called to make the appointment at the number listed on the website. Number apparently goes to a persons cell phone. I made the appointment and within 2 days Bardstown Termite and Pest control completed their inspection and mailed me a final report. The Buyers have since closed on the property and I have been trying to contact the same phone number to issue payment, but the number now rings and rings. There is no voice mail to leave a message to call back. I just need an address to mail payment to - the address on the report is not legible and there are many addresses listed on the internet to send to. Even the contact number listed with the BBB has been disconnected.

VERY GOOD, REALLY NICE, AND GOOD PRICE. VERY EFFECTIVE, DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. DON'T MAKE YOU SIGN A BIG CONTRACT UNLIKE NATIONAL COMPANIES. MONTH TO MONTH SERVICES, COME OUT IN BETWEEN SERVICES, VERY NICE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

HE'S VERY GOOD. ANYTIME YOU NEED HIM, HE WILL COME OUT. HE CALLS ME WHEN HE IS GOING TO BE CLOSE TO MY HOME AND SEES IF I NEED ANYTHING DONE. HE'S ALWAYS ON TIME AND HAS NEVER MISSED AN APPOINTMENT. HE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIM.
