They did a great job, on time and on budget.

Shelly got her guys to my house quickly and they quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. On a Saturday evening.

I called just after 8 am and spoke with Derek. He was at the house before noon, drained and removed the old heater, went to get the new one, and the new heater was installed, connected, tested and he cleaned up all by 2 pm. It was a very professional job. They even took care of getting the plumbing permit for the job. They are not cheap, but the work and level of professionalism is worth the money I paid. The final price even included the state plumbing permit.

Shelly and crew were prompt and neat.  They replaced a major section of old cast iron sewer pipe and replaced it with PVC and re-plumbed all of the connected toilets, sinks, and bathtubs.  We encountered an unexpected problem with some rusted steel vent pipe and they took care of that at no additional cost over the original estimate.
We were also replacing a bathtub with a shower as well as remodeling the kitchen and adding a dishwasher.  Both of those parts of the job were done on time and efficiently.  The timing was a bit tight working around new kitchen cabinets and they were exactly on time and we never lost even one day in the schedule.
We had a couple of routine minor issues and her crew came back and took care of them quickly with no complaint and no cost.
We would recommend Shelly and crew for just about any plumbing job small or large in the Frankfort, KY area.  Very competent, honest, and fair.
