Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

First, they had NO Dodge Dart Aeros on their lot for him to test drive.  There was one in Columbus Ohio but they wanted $500 just to get it down here.  My husband has spent THOUSANDS of dollars on his previous Dodge Ram truck over ten years  in Superior's service bay so they finally said he did not have to spend $500 to get the car down here.  Then weeks went by, no car.  He called them and one excuse after another, the other dealer didn't want to cooperate or whatever.  They FINALLY got a Dodge Aero down here in black as my husband wanted but no one called to tell him it was finally here.  He had to call to see about whether the car was available.  The dealership salesman said there would be NO penalty for early pay-off.  He has his car for several weeks and is waiting to hear from someone about his license plate but no word.   At least a month after he bought his car I bought a new car from another dealer.  After a week or so I was notified that my plates were ready for pickup.  I asked the Boyd Co. Clerk about his plates and they said, "the paperwork was completed on that December 23".  Yet no one had called him or notified him in any way that the plates were ready for pick up.  When my husband's first payment came due he paid it totally off BEFORE the due date.  Then to top it off, he got a call today on January 12 that ANOTHER $72 was due as finance charge.  He said he was told by the dealership there would be NO finance charge, no penalty for early pay-off.  The finance company said too bad, it was due.

Have taken it to dealer for other things...new battery and oil changes and prev rotation of tires but the last rotation alignment they gave it back worse than it was ever and gave me a problem that now I'm stuck with! Previous experience was always good before! Have let vehicle sit and drove other cars because of issue they created!

It was later in the day when we stopped to look at cars but they treated us great.They gave us a great deal and I love my car.Everyone was very friendly.

They were very nice.They came down on the price so that it was in our price range.I love the car.It is beautiful.

Work was completed in timely fashion. Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and balance before a trip scheduled for the next day. They recommended rear brake service after initial inspection. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, having only taken vehicle in for some routine maintenance. But their recommendations made a very noticeable improvement in braking and handling, they were right on target.

We were visiting back home for the holidays and had issues with our 08 Town and Country. Superior Chrysler went above and beyond to help us, fix our van up on New Years Day! They did not try to add extra work which would have cost more like some dealerships do, but they did look to see if we had any outstanding recalls and fixed them on the spot. My only frustration was the lack of communication, I did have to call them several times to get a status update. I would definitely go back there again!
