Description of Work: I found this place on Angies List thinking I found a deal on reparing my HTC phone screen that had busted 5 days prior. My phone screen was ordered very fast, 4 days later. Had to meet Jeremy, the repair guy at walmart in Ashland at 5:00 pm. I was told my phone would be done later that evening. 3 HOURS LATER still wasnt contacted about the progress on my phone. After multiple phone calls and voicemails I was finally called back. ONLY to say that he had my phone completely apart and realized that he wasnt shipped any adhesive to put the new screen on with.. Although frustrated by the seemingly careless, unprofessional actions i agreed for him to keep my phone overnight because he said he had to run to radio shack the next morning to buy the right adhesive. I gave him 2 sets of numbers to contact me by the following afternoon when i was told my phone would be completed. Around noon, i tried calling and leaving voicemails, NOTHING. This happened for approx. 2 1/2 hrs before i heard from him. When i finally met him at MCDONALDS and recieved my phone i was told that he couldnt find the right adhesive and "had to make his own". My glass was raised above my phone about an 1/2 in.. He said it would go down over time.... I could barely put my phone case over my phone it was raised so much, and therse's visible room for debri and grime to get underneath now.
