SOUTH ASHLAND FLORIST

My Mother was a faithful patron of South Ashland Greenhouse. She refused to go anywhere else. Through the years she spent A LOT of money there. When she died, we went to order the spray for her casket. We went there specifically because it's where she would have wanted us to go. I was standing at the counter with tears streaming down my face while trying to even articulate what we were wanting to order. What I got was a "Nope, sorry, can't do it. Why don't you try a florist closer to the funeral home?" The funeral home was roughly 30 minutes away. I was appalled. They knew my Mother on a first name basis and I was dumbfounded that they wouldn't deliver a very expensive item a few extra miles down the road for someone that had been an extremely good customer. Needless to say, my family no longer uses their services.
