Pollocks called by Thursday of the first week they had my wedding ring (just a couple of weeks before Christmas). Said it was going to be $90 to resize the ring 2.5 sizes larger and tighten the prongs of the center stone and tighten the smaller stones in channels alongside the center stone. Also add in gold into the channels to keep the small stones secure (apparently the sharp edges of diamonds over time can wear away the softer gold). After telling them to go ahead we got a call on the next Monday (like 3-1/2 days later) stating the ring was done! They'd originally said it would probably be a week before it was finished. I love it -- my ring looks so much better on the right finger! I cannot tell where they had to add more gold.
