"We did have some problems getting to this job because of the 2 snow storms back to back that effected our area for some time. During this time we were in contact with the customer. Apologizing to them for not getting to them in a timely manor. We were extremely busy at the time and unfortunately were not able to get to some people. Most of our employees live in rural areas and can not make it in when the roads are bad. We appreciated the understanding from [member name removed]. They were great people to work for. I hope we can help them out again."
