Very prompt and efficient. Completely trust worthy. When the Mercedes service department recommends doing something to maintain my car, I always get a second opinion from Steve at Gene Jackson's. Steve has saved us literally thousands in needless repairs over several years. A rare find!

They did a great job fixing our vehicle and we were able to get the car back on the same day. I simply dropped off the key, told them where the car was and they towed it to their garage, checked it out and called me to let me know what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Steve Jackson is an honest business man who has always treated us with fairness and respect. We have used this business for several years for repairs and to purchase tires. It has been our experience that when other service departments have told us we need parts or repairs, we then check with Steve Jackson and get the truth. He has saved us thousands of dollars over the years.

Excellent. First rate service. Had new brakes within 10 minutes and promptly started on the work. Was done in about 30 minutes. Would leave my car and not worry about "extra" services not required.
