I recently had routine maintenance performed on my car. I used to go to the dealer for scheduled maintenance but they were not as responsive, flexible or professional, and took much longer. You must work around their schedule with doesn't include weekends. Customer service is important to me. Firestone has it. They're open 7 days a week and are very flexible and professional. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. In my experience, rarely will it take more time than that. If it does need more time, the Firestone staff has always called me to update on what was found and to offer options. Not so with dealers I dealt with that sometimes hit me with a bill because they "found" something and didn't call to authorize. Firestone is also national which means if I am out of town and need something checked out that's under their warranty like brakes or tires, or other work they performed, I simply go to the nearest Firestone.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Firestone services. I have no plans of changing at this time.

Work performed as requested, on time. Honest up-front estimate of how quickly they can work, which is not always as fast as a typical quick-lube place. They call if anything is different.
